| I have been with Keller Williams since December 2008 as a Real Estate Associate. I have completed several courses and have recently finished my certification as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) To find out more be sure to check out my section on CDPE. I currently head up the Education Committee for Keller Williams Realty Louisville East. I have helped to establish an accountability group of 4 people in our market center and our goal is to stay on task and to aid each other in our quest to be the best agents in the business while helping clients to find the homes of their dreams. Before coming to Keller Williams I owned my own marketing and intenet firm in Louisville with my wife Holly. Our purpose was to help business owners see their dreams come together and to build an online presence for their organizations. I have served on the board of directors for ASTD, KSAE, SMABA, SMA, and was named in the top 100 of Who is Who in International Information Technology 4 different times since 2000. I was a guest speaker in Madison Wisconsin in 2002 for the international Distance Learning Consortium and spoke on the future of communications for education to over 5000 attendees. I went to the University of Kentucky and Coastal Carolina Community Collegeand finished my course of studies at Delphi University in McCaysville GA with principal studies in interpersonal communications. My wife Holly and I wrote a book in 1994 together called "The Prosperity Lovers Guide" and produced a second in the series in 2004. We have put seminars on across the country on how to have whatever you want in your life. I have one daughter Christina Marie who finished her Masters Degree in 2005 in special education. She teaches speciial ed in Nicholasville KY and she and her husband Lloyd are the proud parents of our fabulous grand daughter Lily Marie. I love to do woodworking and have my own shop where I produce puzzles and make rolling pins and ink pens. We are avid gardners and love our "Cement Pond." |
